Dasom Baek graduated from Korea National University of Arts with a Bachelors degree in 2013 and a Masters in 2016. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Seoul National University.

 

A master of 3 Important Intangible Cultural Assets, she has performed in many countries all over the world, most notably the Gangneung Dan-o gut concert for the Pyeongchang Olympics 2018, and the ASEAN-ROK Flute Festival as a Korean Flutist in the Philippines and South Korea. Baek has also showcased her talents on various other platforms, such as during Seoul Fashion Week in 2015, and during the Arirang Festival in 2015.

 

Baek is also a holder of numerous awards—she is the winner of the Yeong-honam Competition in 2017, the Nan-gye Competition in 2013, and the Park-Rokju Competition in 2012.
